- Premedication/hypotonia bad combination
- Perioperative aspiration
- Possible excess K+ release with succinylcholine
- Positioning nightmare
- Post-anesthetic airway obstruction
- Liver induction from anticonvulsants
- Perioperative stress-dose steroids
- Avoid dopaminergic blocker drugs
- Ondansetron is your friend!
