Adding Image to Epic

In Heroku

1. Open Patient’s chart
2. Select “Procedure” (vs “Chart”)
3. Select “Notes Entry” from bottom, horitzontal menu
4. Click upper right icon of rectangle with pencil
5. Click on photo icon
6. Take photo and click “Use”
7. Set Document type to “Other”
8. Click “Save”

In Epic

1. Start “Px Note”
2. Select “Peripheral Nerve Block”
3. Enter note information
4. Click on “Text” (in upper left corner)
5. Click on far right icon of person
6. Select image taken from Heroku
